Ο Γιώργος Δρόσος είναι βιντεοκαλλιτέχνης. Ειδικεύεται στο ψηφιακό βίντεο, τα Νέα Μέσα, την εικόνα και τον ήχο. Έχει δημιουργήσει εκπαιδευτικές εφαρμογές και έχει υποστηρίξει ψηφιακά δύο Μουσεία, το Κρατικό Μουσείο Σύγχρονης Τέχνης και το Μουσείο Φυσικής Ιστορίας. Ο πυρήνας της δουλειάς του είναι η συσχέτιση της κίνησης με τον χώρο και τον χρόνο. Έχει 5 ατομικές και έχει πάρει μέρος σε πλήθος ομαδικών εκθέσεων. Διδάσκει στο Τμήμα Εικαστικών και Εφαρμοσμένων Τεχνών του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, στο εργαστήριο «Νέα Μέσα στα Εικαστικά».
Yiorgos Drosos is a New Media Artist, video artist. He specializes in digital video, New Media, image and sound. He has created educational applications and has supported digitally two Museums, the State Museum of Contemporary Art and the Natural History Museum of Axioupoli. The core of his work is the correlation between time and space. He has participated in solo and group exhibitions. He works in the Visual Arts department of Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece.
