O GERA 1 γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα, και ξεκίνησε τη δημιουργική του πορεία ως graffiti writer το 2009.Έχει αποφοιτήσει από Επαγγελματικό Λύκειο με πτυχίο γραφιστικής και αυτόν τον καιρό σπουδάζει στη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών του ΑΠΘ. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε ομαδικές εκθέσεις, όπως ‘Way Out’ στην Τοss Galery στη Θεσσαλονίκη και ’Father and Sons of Banksy’ στην gallery Kultur Spaeti στο Βερολίνο. Σε φεστιβάλ στην Ελλάδα και την Ευρώπη όπως το SAF στη Θεσσαλονίκη, το Stray Art Festival στη Σύρο, το Meeting of Styles στη Γερμανία και το Step in the Arena στην Ολλανδία. H δουλειά του εστιάζει στην ‘Glitch Art’ και χαρακτηρίζεται από αναπαραστατικά στοιχεία και ανεικονικές φόρμες, τα οποία συνυπάρχουν σ’ έναν ζωγραφικό χώρο διαφανειών και έντονων χρωματικών αντιθέσεων.

Gera was born in Athens, Greece and is a mural artist that started as a graffiti writer in 2009. He is a student at the School of Fine Arts in Thessaloniki and he has also studied Graphic and Applied Arts. He took part in several art exhibitions such as ‘Way Out’ at Toss Gallery, “Father and sons of Banksy” at Kultur Spati in Berlin and at National Theatre of Northern Greece. In several graffiti festivals such as Meetings Of Styles, Step in the Arena, SAF Thessaloniki, Stray Art Festival, and also in several art events such as live Paintings at Space Lab and Athens Law School. His work focus on Glitch Art and characterized by realistic portraits and abstract forms that coexist in a space full of slides and intense color contrasts.
